Happy Friday to youuuuuu! I tell ya what, this week flew by. My mom was here and it was fabulous! I enjoyed her company and it was nice to have the extra help. We got gingerbread cookies baked and stashed in the freezer, and presents wrapped and ready to go. There will be no last-minute present wrapping this year, not on my watch!
Saying goodbye at the airport was a little easier knowing that we’ll see her in just a few short weeks. I. can’t. wait.
Now bring on the weekend! But first, Wyatt is 5 months old and it’s only right that I show you how squishy and happy he is.
See? Squishy and happy, just the way I like my babies. Alright, now bring on the weekend. Time for Friday Favorites!

Favorite Cookies: Brown Butter Pecan Cookies. Stop whatever you are doing and make these cookies. I made them for Thanksgiving and found them simply irresistible. Legit.
Favorite Shelf: Linon 4-Cubby Wall Shelf, White. Love it! A small storage solution that would be great in a bathroom.
Favorite Soup: 20-Minute Creamy Tomato Basil Soup. Tomato soup is the only soup I can get Quinn to eat (with grilled cheese, of course). I’m hoping she will like this homemade version!
Favorite Craft: Popsicle Stick Snowflakes. We’ve been crafting maniacs over here. I think it would be fun to make these for Quinn’s room and let her go crazy bedazzling them.
Favorite Snack: Low-Carb Strawberry Cheesecake Energy Balls. I’m gonna need all of the energy I can get as I prepare for Christmas.
Favorite Cleaning Tips: How to Clean Vinyl Flooring. Our kitchen floor is vinyl and it’s the worst. It is always dirty and is driving me nuts. I need to try this guide to cleaning it, maybe then I’ll have my sanity back. (Ha!)
Favorite Breakfast: Pumpkin Streusel Muffins. I made these babies this week and LOVE them to pieces.
Favorite Sign: Reclaimed Wood Sign. I want to make one of these!
Favorite Chicken Dinner: Easy Chicken in Cream Sauce for Two. Looks good, right?!
Favorite Fun: The Edible Pudding Slime Recipe that Smells AMAZING! Finally, a slime that doesn’t have any weird ingredients in it.
Favorite Chocolate: Belgian Brownie Cakelets. I could eat these by the fistful.
Favorite Funny: Home Alone! The Mom Parody. But seriously. Just a couple of days? I would organize and put labels on everything! And then I would, what’s the word? Sleep?
Have a great weekend!
