Serves: 12-16 balls
Little bites of sweet, salty, and crunchy. Incredibly easy to make and hard to resist.
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 cup corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 cup oats
Instructions
- In a large bowl, melt the peanut butter and honey together in the microwave (2, 25-second intervals, stirring in between).
- To the melted peanut butter mixture, stir in the powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt.
- Combine the oats and crushed corn flakes and then add them to the peanut butter mixture, stirring until fully incorporated.
- Use a cookie scoop (around 1″) to scoop out balls. Place on a sheet or pan and refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow the balls to set up.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
To make a healthier version of these balls, decrease the amount of powdered sugar. The texture will be close to the same, but the taste will be less sweet.
