Happy Friday! Another week bites the dust. We’ve made it further into the basement renovations (drywall is going up as we speak), and Quinn and I kept busy with dance class, art class, and shopping for the baby. Let the nesting begin!

Favorite Salad: Strawberry, Apple, & Quinoa Spinach Salad. I used to think putting fruit on a salad was weird. What was I thinking?!
Favorite Toddler Activity: We’re Going on a Bear Hunt Map & Binoculars. Quinn loves this book and will love this activity, no doubt!
Favorite Chicken Dinner: Crispy Parmesan Garlic Chicken with Zucchini. My goodness, that chicken looks so crispy and delicious.
Favorite Hair: Twisted Side Braid Tutorial. Adorbs.
Favorite Bars: Healthy No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Chewy Bars. This is what I need…RIGHT NOW, PLEASE!
Favorite Cleaning Tip: How to Clean an Oven with Baking Soda and Vinegar. Trying this, ASAP!
Favorite Side Dish: The ultimate guide to roasting vegetables the right way every time. I love preparing simple meals with roasted veggies. Throw meat on the grill and some veggies in the oven and I’m one happy lady.
