Hey all and happy Friday! We’re back in the swing of things after a wonderful vacation to Iowa and South Dakota. Quinn celebrated her birthday to the max. How can she possibly be three?
This little lady has brought so much joy, happiness, and excitement to our lives. I love her silly personality, her ability to tell the wildest stories, her thirst for knowledge, her caring heart, and her sweet smile. Happy birthday to our Quinn.
The birthday girl really loved being with family. Family is kind of her favorite 🙂
With vacation over, this week has been a busy one: chock-full of doctor’s appointments and a new dance class for Quinn (she really liked it!). And of course, the basement renovations are still happening (after a slight hiccup…don’t even get me started). The weekend should be filled with relaxation and a fair amount of yard work. Favorite Earth Day Craft: Balloon Stamping. Ohhhh, I’m always game for an easy craft project.
Favorite Pizza: Pizza Stuffed Peppers. A little twist for our weekly Pizza Night.
Favorite Hair: One Minute Knotted Half Up. I think I can spare one minute to do this. (P.S. I need a haircut like you wouldn’t believe.)
Favorite Bars: Jam Shortbread Cookie Bars. These bars are my jam.
Favorite Outdoor Fun: DIY Sidewalk Foam Paint. Yes! It’s like puffy paint/sidewalk chalk!
Favorite Meat: Homemade Maple Breakfast Sausage. Making this, stat!
Favorite Fashion: This shirt. Naps happen.
Favorite Pasta: Copycat Noodles & Company Pesto Cavatappi. I went to Noodles & Co. for the first time last week and ordered this pasta. It was tasty!
Favorite Outdoor Decor: Chandelier Planter. Spring is in the air, so bring on the flowers.
Favorite Cake: Banana Pudding Poke Cake. Pregnant Melissa can’t get enough bananas. You might say I’m bananas for them…
Also, cake. Pregnant Melissa loves cake.
