Happy Friday! It’s set to be a fun weekend over here. We welcomed Josh’s mom, Aunt Monica, and Cousin Sadie last night for a weekend visit. It’s my mother-in-law’s birthday today (Happy Birthday!) so we have some serious celebratin’ to do 🙂 Josh has continued to work long hours this week (my wish last Friday did not come true), so I’m so happy to have company here. I mean, as much as I love conversations with a toddler, a little adult conversation is looking mighty nice right about now.
We also welcomed spring with open arms this week!

Favorite Breakfast: Cherry Turnovers with Cream Cheese and Almonds. Turnovers, turnovers, oh how I love thee.
Favorite Outdoor Decor: Flower Garden Cart. I’m on a quest to find the perfect cart, because this is just too pretty to resist.
Favorite Salad: Chickpea Avocado Salad. I love avocado. That’s why it was devastating that I had a major food aversion to it in my first trimester of pregnancy. But that finally passed and now I am ready to eat ALL OF THE AVOCADOS!! (Now if I could just move past my food aversion to sweet potatoes, that would be great.)
Favorite Toddler Craft: Foam Flower Garden Craft. Quinn loves flowers* and crafts, so it’s time to get our craft on!
*She loves aggressively picking flowers. The poor daffodils in our front yard don’t stand a chance.
Favorite Bread: Homemade Three Cheese Garlic Bread. I’m making this for supper tonight and I. cannot. wait.
Favorite Home DIY: How to Frame a Bathroom Mirror. A simple upgrade!
Favorite Cheesecake: Lemon Blueberry No Bake Cheesecake. Lemon! Blueberry! Cheesecake! Can I even handle all of this deliciousness?! (Yes. The answer is yes.)
Favorite Footwear: Donddi by Steve Madden. Sandal season is almost here, time to set your piggies free!
Favorite Drinks: Superfood Smoothie Boosters. Superfood? More like supergood.
Favorite Nighttime Routine: Questions to Ask Your Toddler Each Night. These questions are such a good way to refocus at the end of a long day (and I’m not going to lie, we’ve had some really looooong days lately). They help me, a tired mom, connect with my little girl every night before bed. Love ♥
Favorite Cake: Flourless Chocolate Cherry Cake. Oh me, oh my, this cake would not be safe around me.
