I’m terrible, you guys. I have this long list of holiday recipes to develop, but I’m not getting very far. Why can’t there be more hours in a day?! How does one little two-year old wipe all of the energy out of me? I tell you what. But mark it down, I will get my butt in gear and you will see new recipes coming soon. Pinky promise.
The aforementioned little two-year old:
We put a little Christmas tree in her room and she is obsessed. That thing gets redecorated at least 3 times a day. She is my daughter 🙂
Some of you may have noticed that my site was down today, my web host, Bluehost, was having issues for several hours today, hence the late posting today. Thank you for your patience! Now go and have yourself a fabulous weekend! Here are my favorite things from around the web in this week’s edition of Friday Favorites.

Favorite Appetizer: Cheesy Bacon Holiday Crack. EEEEEK! Crack is not wack in this case.
Favorite Scrub: Cinnamon Honey Sugar Scrub. My skin is super dry, lotion just isn’t cutting it. I can’t wait to try this sugar scrub. (Fun fact, sugar scrubs are more gentle on your skin than salt scrubs, making them much better for sensitive skin. Just a little something I picked up from my college years working at Bath & Body Works.)
Favorite Apples: Apple Pie Oatmeal Chocolate Chunk Skillet Cookie w/Caramel Drizzle. All of these things equal one glorious dessert.
Favorite Books for Tots: 16 Magical Christmas Books. Our new bedtime routine is reading books to Quinn in front of the Christmas tree. It’s magical. Love this list!
Favorite Side Dish: Twice Baked Butternut Squash. Mmmmm, how I love squash.
Favorite Gift Ideas: Cheap Stocking Stuffers. In case you’re having a hard time coming up with stocking stuffers, this is a fabulous list with tons of links to buy the items listed!
Favorite Broth: Slow Cooker Beef Bone Broth. My immune system could use a good boost from this broth. STAY AWAY COLD, I DON’T WANT YOU!
Favorite Kitchen Decor: Christmas in the Kitchen. So pretty & tastefully done.
Favorite Sweet: Peanut Butter Bars with Salted Chocolate Ganache. Because I can never turn down peanut butter and chocolate.
Favorite Tray: Wood + Lacquer Trays. Look at these beauties.
Favorite Salad: Apple Cranberry Bacon Candied Walnut Salad with Apple Poppy Seed Vinaigrette. I need this salad in my life.
Favorite Fashion: This sweater. Seriously.
Happy weekend!
