Cranberry Energy Bites

Little bites of energy, packed with flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2/3 cup almond butter (any nut butter will work)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup flax meal
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Place bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set up.
- Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture.
- Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
