Cranberry Energy Bites

I have a great snack for you, just in case you need an extra boost of energy to get you through all of your holiday baking and shopping. Online shopping is hard and you deserve a snack 🙂

Cranberry Energy Bites | Spoonful of Sugar

Cranberry Energy Bites

Serves: 12 bites
Little bites of energy, packed with flavor.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2/3 cup almond butter (any nut butter will work)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp. chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl. Place bowl in the fridge for about 30 minutes to set up.
  2. Use a cookie scoop to portion out the mixture.
  3. Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.

Stir it up and refrigerate for 30 minutes (this makes the mixture easier to work with).

Use a cookie scoop to form balls. Eat up.
