From: Spoonful of Sugar
Makes: About 4 dozen cookies
Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line baking sheets with nonstick liner, set aside.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter and sugars for 2-3 minutes. Mix in the eggs and vanilla until combined. In another bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and baking soda. With the mixer on low, add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until just combined. Slowly mix in the white chocolate chips and nuts.
Use a 1″ cookie scoop to portion out the cookie dough onto prepared baking sheets (with 12 cookie dough balls on each baking sheet). Bake in preheated oven for about 12 minutes, until the cookies are just starting to turn golden on top. Remove from oven and cool on sheet for a few minutes before removing to cool completely on a wire cooling rack. Enjoy!
