From: Spoonful of Sugar
Makes: 10-inch skillet cookie
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 25-30 minutes

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 large egg
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup M&Ms (I used a mix of plain and peanut butter)

Directions

Spray a 10″ cast iron skillet with cooking spray and set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, cream together the butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar on medium-speed for 2-3 minutes. Add in the vanilla, mix and scrape the sides of the bowl. Mix in the egg until combined. Now add the flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, & salt. Mix until just combined. Carefully mix in the chocolate chips and M&Ms.

Press the cooking dough evenly into greased skillet and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. The cookie should be set and golden brown. Remove from oven and wait 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
