Hip hip hooray for the weekend! I have to work, but I’m just going to ignore that fact for a moment. At least I’m one week closer to being done with tax season. Look, there’s always a bright side!
Do you have any fun plans for the weekend? The weather is looking like it’s going to be super nice tomorrow, so I think a walk and playing outside are on our agenda.
I’m 100% sure that Quinn will be wearing her new hat this weekend. We bought it a couple of days ago (thanks Target $1 aisle!) and she LOVES it. She was pretty upset that she couldn’t wear it in the bathtub or to bed, poor little girl 🙂 She’s just so fancy.

Favorite Salad: Copycat Panera Bread Fuji Apple Chicken Salad. Salad never looked so good.
Favorite Fashion: Linen-cotton fit & flare stripe dress. The perfect dress for frolicking around in the springtime (because that is just around the corner, you know).
Favorite Breakfast: Chocolate Covered Strawberry Baked Oatmeal. YAAASSS!!!
Favorite Pitcher: SOCKERÄRT Vase. A simple white pitcher. Fill it with flowers or use it as a utensil holder!
Favorite Dip: Loaded Hummus Dip. Hand over the pitas, I need to get my dip on.
Favorite Free Printables: Year Long Gift in a Frame. A fabulous gift! (You should probably make one for yourself, too)
Favorite Cake: Peanut Butter Flourless Chocolate Cake. GORGEOUS! *puts eyes back in sockets & wipes drool from chin*
Favorite Wall Art: DIY Paper Heart Wall Art. This is so adorable. Wouldn’t it make for a fun backdrop for photos?
Favorite Tex-Mex: Chicken Fajita Bowl with Cauliflower Rice. I’m so curious about the cauliflower craze that’s happening right now (cauliflower rice, cauliflower pizza crust, etc.). Can’t wait to see what all of the fuss is about with this mouthwatering fajita bowl!
Favorite Bookmark: Felt Bow Bookmarks. I am starting to carve a little time out of my day to read, how lovely is that?! Just as lovely as these pretty bookmarks.
Favorite Cheesecake: Strawberry Shortcake Cheesecake. Cheeeeeeeeeesecake.
Favorite Toddler Play: Scooping Station. Quinn would love this! (And I would too. An occupied toddler means mama can get other stuff done.)
Favorite Appetizer: Jalapeno Popper Turnovers. Imma be over here, popping these turnovers in my mouth.
Favorite Funny: 40 of the Best Sarcastic Responses Ever. Hehehehe. Well, that’s not wrong.
