I think I ordered Tiramisu on just about every dinner date Josh and I went on when we first started dating. I felt so fancy. Tiramisu is still one of my favorites (11 years later!) and I am loving how quickly this Tiramisu Dip comes together. You get all of the flavors of Tiramisu with little effort. Yay!
5-Minute Tiramisu Dip Printer-Friendly Recipe
Ingredients
275 grams (about 1 cup) Mascarpone cheese
½ cup 35% cream (any cream, like a heavy whipping cream, that’s 30-35% cream)
3½ Tbsp granulated sugar
1½ Tbsp Kahlua (or other coffee liqueur)
Cocoa powder, for dusting
Ladyfinger biscuits, to serve
Directions
Use a hand mixer and whip the mascarpone until creamy, about 1 minute. Add in the cream, sugar, and Kahlua. Beat until the mixture is thick, this will take about 2 minutes. Pour the dip into a serving dish, dust with cocoa powder, and serve with ladyfingers. Refrigerate any leftovers. Enjoy!
