Butterfinger Bites are incredibly easy to make. I can’t believe how much melted candy corn mixed with peanut butter tastes like Butterfingers; who knew?!
Butterfinger Bites Printer-Friendly Recipe
Makes: 8-12 bites

Ingredients
1 cup Candy Corn
Heaping 1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter
1/2 Bag of Milk Chocolate Chips
Chopped up Butterfingers or melted Peanut Butter for decorating (optional)
Directions
Microwave Candy Corn in a bowl for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until melted. Quickly stir in the peanut butter until combined. Use a cookie scoop to scoop out balls of the peanut butter mixture. Place on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes.
Microwave the chocolate chips for 30 seconds, stir, and repeat until smooth. Roll the chilled peanut butter bites in the melted chocolate and return to the parchment lined baking sheet. Immediately decorate the tops with chopped up Butterfingers or melted peanut butter. Allow the chocolate to set and enjoy!
