DIY American Flag Mason Jars

I made these fun little jars for the Fourth of July!  Pop votive candles into each jar to light up the holiday.  An easy project, indeed.  And you know I love a good Mason Jar project.

019You just need 3 jars, paint, masking tape, and a paint brush.

001Use the masking tape to tape stripes on two of the jars.

002Paint away!  I only did one layer of paint to allow the light from the candles to shine through better.  I also free-handed the stars…we’ll call them rustic.  You could certainly use a star stencil for a cleaner look.
