I LOVE S’MORES!!!! Yes, it’s true. I love S’mores, how ’bout you?? If you answered yes to that, you must make these S’mores Pops immediately.
S’mores Pops Printer-Friendly Recipe
Ingredients
Large Marshmallows
Milk chocolate chips
Graham Crackers, smashed to crumbs
Sticks or straws for the pops
***to make 12 pops, I used 12 Marshmallows, 1 cup of chocolate chips (there was some melted chocolate leftover), and about 5 graham crackers.
Directions
Place marshmallows securely on sticks. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in microwave (or you could use a double boiler) until melted. Microwave for 20 seconds, stir, and then microwave in 10 second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Dunk marshmallows in chocolate & immediately sprinkle with crushed graham crackers. Allow the chocolate to harden a bit, I used a glass to keep them upright. Enjoy!

these look amazing! I am practically a s’mores addict haha! will definitely have to give these a go, but unfortunately we have no Graham crackers in England (almost every recipe calls for them!) – don’t suppose you would be able to recommend an alternative?

Thank you! S’mores are simply amazing! I believe the common substitute for Graham crackers in England is digestive biscuits. Oreos would make a nice substitute, too. Come to think of it, now I want to make them with Oreos instead of Graham crackers…. 🙂
