What day is it? FRIDAY!! I am super happy that the weekend is here. The week after a vacation is always the hardest. Trying to get caught up with work and going to the dentist: that’s how I celebrated coming back from Florida. Don’t I know how to party?
Actually, we had a nice long weekend after coming back from vacation; Josh’s parents were here, we went to a graduation party, and got a good chunk of our garden planted. This weekend will be dedicated to finishing up the rest of the garden. I’m so excited to see how it turns out! Look for a garden post coming soon!

Favorite Breakfast: Pineapple Upside Down Pancakes. So these look amazing.

Favorite Bowls: Easy Like Sundae Ice Cream Bowls from Anthropologie. Ice cream season is here!!!!!!! (Disclaimer: I will eat ice cream any time of the year.)
Favorite Lunch: Chicken Quinoa Lettuce Wraps with Peanut Sauce. I think I’ll make a batch of these cute things for lunch soon!
Favorite Sewing Project: Printed Doll Fabric. Absolutely adorable. Buy the fabric, get your sewing machine cranking, and you’ll have a cute doll in no time.
Favorite Sweet Bite: No-Bake Pound Cake Bites. I could eat a pound of these.
Favorite Wall: DIY Letter Wall. I’m getting anxious to make a play area for Quinn in our basement. This DIY project is a definite must for the space!
Favorite Salad: Spicy Mexican Pasta Salad for a Crowd. I’m always looking for good salads to make during the summertime. A big bowl of this goodness would be the perfect side dish for grilled chicken!
Favorite Accessory: Tutorial for a Statement Summer Necklace. Love, love, love.
Favorite Steak: Balsamic Glazed Steak Rolls. Loads of flavor! Yum!
Favorite Sunscreen Remedy: Homemade Sunburn Treatment. As much as I tried to avoid getting sunburned on vacation, it happened. I could have used this bath remedy a week ago; the ingredients are all things that I have on hand just in case I need to use it summer (hopefully, I don’t need it though!).
Favorite Pizza: Cinnamon Struesel Dessert Pizza. Eat your pizza and then eat more pizza. Because pizza is the best.
Favorite Jeans: Levi’s Mid Rise Skinny Jeans in White. Can I pull off white jeans? I don’t know, but challenge accepted.
Favorite Grill Recipe: Grilled Foil-Pack Cheesy Fries. Yes, please.
Favorite Funny Faces: Why didn’t I think of taking a picture like this when we were in Florida?! Better go back!
