I’ll start off by apologizing. I’m sorry. Trillionaire Bars are crazy good and you won’t be able to resist them. You will LOVE them. So, I guess I’m really not that sorry.
A layer brownies, a layer of caramel, and a layer of chocolate chip cookie dough, all topped with a chocolate glaze. You must make these bars! (By the way, it may look like these are complicated to make, but they are really quite easy!)

From: Creme De La Crumb
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Serves: 9-12
Ingredients
brownie layer
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
½ cup flour
caramel layer
1 cup soft caramels, unwrapped (I used Kraft caramels)
2 tablespoons heavy cream
cookie dough layer
½ cup butter, softened
¼ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons heavy cream
½ teaspoon vanilla
¾ cup flour
⅛ teaspoon salt
¼ cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup regular size semi sweet chocolate chips
¼ cup old-fashioned oats
chocolate glaze
1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons heavy cream
Directions
Preheat oven to 325. Line an 8×8-inch pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Brownie layer
In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add in the cocoa powder and salt, mix. Now add the vanilla and eggs, mix until smooth. Mix in the flour until combined. Pour the brownie batter evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the brownies are set in the middle. Allow the brownies to cool.
Caramel Layer
Combine the caramels and heavy cream in a small saucepan. Heat on medium-high heat, continuously stirring until the caramels are melted and smooth. Pour the caramel sauce over the cooled brownies. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the cookie dough layer to allow the caramel to set a bit.
Cookie Dough Layer
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugars for a few minutes, until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla and heavy cream, mix. Now mix in the flour and sugar until combined. Finally, mix in the chocolate chips and oats until just combined. Spread the cookie dough layer over the caramel layer (the caramel layer should be set enough that it doesn’t give away to the cookie dough). Press the cookie dough down evenly.
Chocolate glaze
Microwave the chocolate chips and heavy cream until melted and smooth, about 1 minute (stirring every 20 seconds). Spread the glaze over the cookie dough layer. Allow the glaze to set up a bit.
Carefully cut the bars and enjoy! Store bars in an airtight container in fridge.
