St. Patrick’s Day is just a couple of days away and I have some easy goodies that I want to share with you!  Let’s start it all off with an easy St. Patty’s Day Rainbow in a Jar, a great gift for the little leprechauns in your life!

Rainbow in a Jar

Ingredients/Supplies

Skittles (I used a large bag and made 2 pint jars out of this)
Gold-wrapped chocolate candies (I used Hershey’s Caramel Kisses)
Mini Marshmallows
Mason Jars (I used Pint-sized)

Directions

Place gold-wrapped chocolate candies in the bottom of Mason Jar.  You could place the candies in a plastic bag to separate them from the Skittles.  Sort the Skittles by color.  Place a layer of purple Skittles on top of the gold-wrapped candies, followed by green, yellow, orange, and red.  Fill the rest of the jar with mini marshmallows and place lid on top.  There you have it, a rainbow in a jar!

Put a layer of gold-wrapped chocolate candies in the bottom of Mason Jar.

I put the candies in a plastic bag so the Skittles wouldn’t have direct contact with the candies.

Sort the Skittles by color. The OCD in me loved this step 🙂

Layer purple, green, yellow, orange, followed by red Skittles on top of the gold-wrapped candies.

Fill the jar to the top with mini marshmallows. Place lid on top.
