Happy Friday! Time for the weekend and whatever it has in store. 🙂 My parents have a long layover in Denver tomorrow, so we will be heading out there to help them pass the time. It will be nice to see them before they head to sunny Mexico to celebrate their 40th Anniversary and my dad’s birthday! Those lucky ducks! Aside from that, we don’t have too much on the agenda. Probably just 501 games of Peek-a-boo…

Favorite Crock Pot Recipe: Light Crock Pot Fiesta Chicken & Rice Bowls. This is my kind of meal.
Favorite Kitchen Accessory: DIY Pallet Coffee Cup Holder. Coffee cups deserve a special spot in the kitchen, don’t you agree? I mean, coffee is the best.
Favorite Breakfast: Skinny Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal. A tasty and healthy way to start the day! Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and one of my favorite times of the day, too. After Quinn is changed, fed, and happily playing, I get my cup of coffee, breakfast, and watch The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. Yeah, yeah, maybe we only make it though the monologue most days before Quinn needs me to play with her, but those 10 minutes are much-needed!
Favorite Baby Gear: Boppy Shopping Cart Cover. Shopping carts are anything but clean and with a little girl who loves to put everything in her mouth, it’s time to invest in a shopping cart cover. I like that this one has a couple of crinkly toys attached!
Favorite Cookies: Caramel Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookies. Oh, yum. The cookie jar is empty and screaming to be filled with a batch of these delightful looking cookies.
Favorite Wall Hanging: There’s No Place Like Home. For sure. 🙂
Favorite Pasta: Chicken Tetrazzini. Talk about a comforting dish. I can’t wait to try it!
Favorite Living Room Space Saver: DIY Striped Drink Perch. We removed the coffee table from our living room to allow Quinn more space to play. While this it’s nice to have one less thing for her to run into, it has left few places to put beverages. Time to make a perch!
Favorite Bars: Browned Butter + Salted Caramel Apple Pie Bars. Goodness me, I need these in my life. ASAP!!!
Favorite Jars: Tinting Mason Jars. Ohhhh, pretty. A teal tinted jar (painted on the outside) with assorted pink flowers would bring spring to our house a little early.
