Top 10 Christmas Cookies + 2 Bonus Christmas Goodie Recipes

December 11, 2014 by Melissa

With holiday baking season upon us, I took a look back through my blog and picked out some of my favorite cookie recipes.  These recipes are great for Christmas (or any time of year, really), so let’s get baking!

P.S.–I’ll be sharing some new cookie recipes with you in the next couple of weeks, so prepare yourself! 🙂

Gingerbread Boys & Girls

This is one of my absolute favorite Christmas cookie recipes!  I’ve been making these little cuties for the past several years, no Christmas Cookie platter is complete without them.

Salted Chocolate Covered Pretzel & Nutella Turtle Cookies

Last year was the first year that I made these delightful cookies.  They are naughty little cookies that fill your craving for sweet + salty.

Red Velvet is never a bad thing, especially when a cheesecake filling is involved.

Ah yes, these cookies are another one of my all-time favorite Christmas cookies.  A chocolate-lover’s dream!

Just in case you need a break from all the chocolate cookies, here’s a wonderfully spiced-filled cookie.  So, so good.

070Soft-Baked Monster Cookies

I couldn’t make this list without including these monster cookies, they are just too good.  Use red & green M&Ms to make these cookies festive!

I made these cookies the other day and immediately stuck most of them in the freezer for safe-keeping.  I know myself…there is no way these ginger cookies would last more than a day in our house if I kept them in the cookie jar.  Yum!

Pumpkin Toffee Cookies

To mix things up a bit, let’s not forget Pumpkin Toffee Cookies!  If you’re like me, you still have plenty of canned pumpkin leftover from Thanksgiving.  Don’t let those cans collect dust, make some of these cookies!!
