Easy One Pot Fudgy Brownies Printer-Friendly Recipe
From: Neighborfood
Prep time:15 minutes
Cook time: 40 minutes
Serves: 9-12
Ingredients
12 Tablespoons of salted butter (I used Earth Balance to keep the recipe Dairy-Free and didn’t add any salt)
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup white sugar
3 eggs
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup cocoa powder
⅓ cup all purpose flour
½ cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life Mini Chips)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease and 8×8 inch baking pan. Set aside.
Melt the butter on the stove top. Remove from heat and whisk in the sugars until the mixture is smooth and creamy (1-2 minutes). One at a time, add in the eggs and egg yolk, whisking after each addition. Mix in the vanilla. Now mix in the cocoa powder and flour. Stir until just combined and then stir in the chocolate chips.
Pour the brownie batter into your prepared baking pan and bake for 40-45 minutes (make sure it passes the toothpick test). Allow to cool in the pan, cut, and enjoy!
Enjoy!
