I think you will go nuts for this recipe.  Why?  Because it’s easy, sweet, and satisfying.  That’s why.  🙂

Cinnamon Maple Pecans

Printer-Friendly Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup of pecans (I used raw, unsalted pecan pieces) *any nut will do

3 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup (it’s very important that this is the real deal, it adds better flavor than the imitation kind)

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Place all of the ingredients in a frying pan, stir to combine, and heat over medium heat.  Stir the nuts frequently for 5 minutes.  You want the nuts to begin to caramelize for fantastic flavor.  Spread the nuts out on parchment paper and allow them to cool completely.  Store in an airtight container.  Enjoy!

The lineup: pecans, pure maple syrup, and cinnamon.
