Spritzers (Non-Alcoholic)

December 30, 2013 by Melissa

I have a great spritzer recipe for those of you looking for a non-alcoholic New Year’s Eve drink.  These spritzers are so festive and fancy that you won’t feel left out when your friend’s toast to the New Year with the bubbly.  As an added bonus, these spritzers offer tons of variations.  The base of the drink is a sparkling juice, which comes in a variety of flavors like red grape, white grape, cherry, and blueberry.  Top with 7-Up, Ginger Ale, or a seltzer and any fruit-flavored juice you like, I’ve used cranberry and raspberry.  Add in simple flourishes like cranberries, pomegranate seeds, lime wedges, or rosemary sprigs and you have yourself one special drink!
