Happy day to you! Did you all have a nice week? Mine flew by. Now I’m ready for wrapping more presents, a ton of holiday baking (you’ll see the results of that), and planning for our trip back home next week! Hooray for all of that. I hope you all make the most of your weekend. Now time for Friday Favorites. 🙂
***click on the red text to be led to the sources of my favoritesFavorite Breakfast: Gingerbread Boy Pancakes. Breakfast of champions.
Favorite Gifts for Men: Huckberry. I don’t know about you, but I always struggle with shopping for guys. Huckberry has a ton of options for the manly-man in your life.
Favorite Meal: Cheesy French Onion Soup Bread. Knockout bread.
Favorite Fashion: Mango Blue Sequins Dress. I wish this dress was in my closet. Unfortunately, it’s currently sold out. I will (im)patiently wait for it to become available.
Favorite Cookies: Linzer Cookies. Holiday cookies in their finest form.
Favorite Centerpiece: Cake plate with candles and berries. Well this is a centerpiece idea I’ve never thought of! Simple and festive. (P.S.-the website is not in English, but inspirational ideas need no translation.)
Favorite Drink Accessory: Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate Stir Sticks. Just one more excuse for me to have another cup of hot cocoa. 🙂
Favorite Card Holder: DIY Christmas Card Holder. Perfect! I’ve been looking for a better way to display all of our Christmas cards. Don’t you just love getting festive cards in the mail instead of the usual bills and credit card offers?
Favorite Salad: Winter Fruit Kale Salad with Orange Ginger Dressing. It’s this time of year that I need to work a little harder to get a well-balanced diet. This zippy salad looks so tasty, it makes eating healthy a cinch.
Favorite Photos: Unbelievable Close-Up Photos of Snowflakes. Pure beauty.
Favorite Cake: Red Velvet Swiss Roll with Mascarpone Cream. Y to the UMMY.
Favorite Wreath: DIY Christmas Wreath (Wood Slice Wreath). The wreath that beats all other wreaths.
Favorite Dip: Dark Chocolate Greek Yogurt with Cinnamon and Spice. Fruit and this dip were meant for one another.
Favorite Happy: Julie Andrews & Dick Van Dyke at the premier of “Saving Mr. Banks.” If you didn’t know by the title of my blog, I love the movie “Mary Poppins” and therefore, can’t wait to see “Saving Mr. Banks.” There are soooo many good movies coming out now, but this one definitely tops my list! Btw, anyone who hasn’t seem “Mary Poppins” (ahem…my husband) can tune into ABC Family on Wednesday 12/18 at 6pm (MT) to watch it.
It’s been a week of growth for my baby bump…
