Quick and Easy Apple Tarts Printer-Friendly Recipe

Serves: 4
Ingredients
1 Sheet of Puff Pastry, cut in half or thirds
2 Apples-cored, halved, and thinly sliced. The peel can stay on
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat your oven to 415 degrees. Mix together the apples, sugar, and salt. Let sit for a few minutes. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and place the pastry rectangles on top. Line and overlap the apple slices in a straight line on the pastries. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until the pastry has puffed and turned golden brown. Remove from the cookie sheet immediately after baking.
The tarts can be served plain, with caramel sauce, whipped cream, or a sprinkling of powdered sugar.
