Let’s take a healthier approach to breakfast after last week’s Donut Muffins. How ’bout a Strawberry Smoothie made with only 4 ingredients that are all guilt-free. It’s no donut, but it sure is tasty. 🙂
Strawberry Oatmeal Smoothie Printer-Friendly Recipe
Ingredients
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 medium frozen banana
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon of oats
Directions
Place all of the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
