Friday is here, Friday is here!! After a 4-day weekend last week, I feel spoiled that the weekend is here again. Our 4th of July celebrations were festive and the celebration continued last Sunday when Josh and I celebrated his Birthday and our 6th Anniversary, it was a lovely weekend all around. 🙂
I suspect this weekend will be filled with a lot of baking for this lady. Next weekend I’m heading to the Black Hills to spend some time with my family, so I must pack some goodies to take with me. While I’m in the Hills, Spoonful’s 2 Year Blogiversary will happen so I’ve got a fun recipe up my sleeves for you. Stay tuned! I hope you all have a great weekend. To kick the weekend off, please enjoy my favorite things from around the web in this week’s Friday Favorites!

Favorite Breakfast: French Toast Muffins. How adorable are these little muffins drizzled in maple goodness? French toast is my fave.
Favorite Vacation Destinations: 20 Inspirational Destinations to Travel This Summer. Are you in need of some ideas for your summer vacation? Look no further. These destinations will leave you inspired and filled with memories for a lifetime. I’ve hit 6 of these places in my life, onto the next 14. 🙂
Favorite Snack: Green Goddess Veggie Dip Cups. Grab a cup of veggies and verdant dip and head to the great outdoors. Doesn’t that sound good?
Favorite Fashion Tip: How to Roll Sleeves Like J.Crew. This tip has saved me from droopy sleeves. It’s the little things in life that make me happy.
Favorite Cookie: Blueberry Cheesecake Cookies. I want these cookies. Do I need to repeat myself? I want these COOKIES!!!
Favorite BBQ Necessity: Classic Diner Condiment Squeeze Bottles. Adorable and necessary.
Favorite Bars: Chewy Granola Energy Bars. I’d like to turn to these bars instead of a power nap or second cup of coffee to grab some energy…better give them a try!
Favorite Family Gift: Wooden Cutting Board with Family Recipe. How special would this gift be? Take your favorite family recipe and wood burn it onto a cutting board. Very sweet.
Favorite Fashionable Food: Karl Lagerfeld Shoe Cupcakes. Gorgeous shoes, I mean cupcakes. 🙂 I’m imagining these at a birthday party for a shoe-loving lady. Pretty, pretty.
Favorite Green Thumb Tips: Growing Citrus Indoors. I’ve had so-so success with my little garden. I found out that I’m really good at killing flowers, but not bad at growing produce and herbs. I might need to move onto a citrus tree! I think I’ll try lemons first.
Favorite Fondant: Easy Marshmallow Fondant. Yes! I am so going to use this recipe. I bought some fondant tools last year and really want to learn how to make fondant flowers. Being able to make my own fondant at home would be very helpful since I’m sure it will take a lot of it for me to acquire skills.
Favorite Cleaner: Garbage Disposal Refreshers. When I cleaned out our fridge this week, I ran across some broccoli that had seen better days. Needless to say, our garbage disposal didn’t smell great. Time to make some garbage disposal refreshers made up of ingredients that I almost always have on hand!
Favorite Grilled Food: Grilled Balsamic Peaches. I LOOOOOVVVVVEEEE peaches. And grilled peaches are delicious! Grilling them brings out so much juiciness and sweetness. I bet that pairing them with balsamic vinegar would compliment the sweetness quite nicely.
Favorite Fashion: Little Birdie Dress from Euphoria. Now this is a cute little number.
Favorite Store: Crate&Barrel. Josh may have made a mistake bringing me to Crate&Barrel last weekend. I want ALL OF THE STUFF! Especially these Airtight Glass Bottles. Between shopping in the store and browsing online, I might need a second kitchen to fit all of the stuff I want. Take it down a notch, Melissa.
Favorite Cheesecake: Brownie Caramel Cheesecake. Say what?! Brownies, cheesecake, and caramel. Incredible.
Favorite Funny: At our Birthiversary (Birthday + Anniversary) dinner last weekend at Elways, I was really hoping there would be greenery on Josh’s steak plate so this would happen…
Happy Friday!!
