Can anyone tell me what day it is? It certainly can’t be Friday already! What’s that you say? It IS Friday?! Super! I’m ready for it. I think I’ll catch up on some sleep and try to get over this sickness that’s creeping up on me. Do any of you have a great soup recipe? I’m thinking a hearty bowl of soup sounds fantastic right about now.
In other news, this is the last Friday before NOVEMBER! Crazy! I better buy some Halloween candy this weekend. I restrained myself from buying several giant bags of candy when I saw them hit the shelves in, what felt like, July. History has shown me that when I buy Halloween candy early, I eat it all and then keep the front door light turned off on Halloween night. That’s bad, isn’t it? Not this year, our neighborhood’s kids will have a few more pieces of candy in their buckets and my pants will fit better. 🙂

Favorite Cupcakes: Rolo Chocolate Cupcakes. Salty and sweet. Oh man, I want one twelve of these RIGHT NOW!
Favorite Fashion: What a great dress for fall! Imagine this cute frock with your favorite brown boots. 🙂
Favorite Dip: Homemade Queso. I’m a sucker for jarred cheese. I just avoid looking at the ingredient list and proceed to eat the whole jar. I think it’s time I start making my own queso at home!
Favorite Sewing Companion: A pin cushion is a must for anyone who sews. Isn’t this DIY pin cushion cute? (Look at me, acting like I sew. Ha!)
Favorite Breakfast: Pumpkin Spice Monkey Bread. We used to have monkey bread a lot when I was a kid. Time to bring back those memories and add some pumpkin (my favorite) to the mix.
Favorite Lodge: This lodge is insane. Insanely gorgeous.
Favorite Bars: Butterfinger Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars. You have got to be kidding me with these bars. ALL OF THE AMAZING THINGS!
Favorite Pumpkin: I know I had a Chevron Pumpkin posted on Friday Favorites last month, but I couldn’t resist posting another. Hey, what can I say, I know what I like.
Favorite Side Dish: Roasted Root Vegetables. Contrary to what my blog might have you believe, I actually eat vegetables. And I like them. A lot.
Favorite DIY Cake Stands (again): More DIY cake stands I can make! This one uses old records instead of plates. Love!!
Favorite Fall Dessert: Baked Apple Dumplings with Sweet Browned Butter Sauce. How gorgeous does this look? Almost too pretty to eat. Almost.
Favorite Nails: DIY Glitter Nails. Yes! Give this girl some glitter and you’ll have one happy camper. 🙂
Favorite Sandwich: Chicken Pesto Sandwich. I LOVE pesto. It’s just so fresh! The husband isn’t a fan, so my pesto intake is limited. I don’t think I can pass up on making this beauty of a sandwich though.
Favorite DIY Clutch: What a lovely clutch. I think these colors are great!
Favorite Halloween Treat: Pretzel Buttons. Cute treat for my own Halloween bucket (aka, my stomach).
Favorite Funny: It’s a tough job, but somebody has to do it. 🙂
