Today I looked at the calendar. I looked at the calender, looked again, and then asked myself … is it really the end of June? Then I realized that this Friday Favorites post is the last one before the 4th of July! It only seems appropriate to dedicate this week’s Friday Favorites to Independence Day. Favorite Cupcake: I love finding recipes for individual portion desserts and these cupcakes in jars are lovely!

Favorite Outfit: This is my style. I, like Liz Lemon, enjoy sensible shoes and a good cardigan 🙂
Favorite Munchie: I love popcorn and this jazzed up version is perfect for the 4th!

Favorite Patriotic Treat: Homemade marshmallows with Pop Rocks coating…like a firework in your mouth! I don’t think I’ve had Pop Rocks in ages!

Favorite Fudge: My weakness is fudge.

Favorite Outdoor Lighting: Here’s an easy craft project! I’ll do any craft project that involves mason jars….
Favorite Cake: I will eat this whole cake as a sign of my patriotism. Go ‘Merica 🙂
Favorite Fireworks: This picture makes me miss living in DC. What’s your favorite kind of firework? My favorite is the kind that look like chandeliers!
Favorite Funny: I LOVE Parks & Rec–Aziz Ansari is hilarious! Hope you all get to treat yo selves this weekend 🙂
Tonight we are going to The Avett Brothers’ concert at Red Rocks and I’m super excited! Hope you all enjoy the last Friday of June!!
