Never-Fail Chocolate Fudge Frosting
Ingredients
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Directions
Bring the first 3 ingredients to a full boil, boil for 1 minute (this is a very important step, if you skimp on the boil time you will end up with a gritty frosting). Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted. Enough for a 9×13″ pan.
My reason for making these brownies? Aside from them being delicious, I’m missing some birthday celebrations back in SD & thought these cake-like brownies would be a nice way to celebrate out here in VA 🙂 Happy Birthday to my sister Shannon & my niece Ruby whose Birthdays were last week and yesterday, respectively. Hope you are eating lots of cake!
