I hope your sweet tooth is ready because it’s time for Cranberry Bliss Bars. These sweet treats are a copycat recipe of the bars you can buy at Starbucks. Starbucks may have me beat on their coffee-making abilities, but they ain’t got nothin’ on these homemade bars!

From: Thyme of Taste
Makes: around 24 bars
Ingredients
Bars
1 1/2 C brown sugar
2 eggs
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/4 C all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 C dried cranberries
6 oz white chocolate, coarsely chopped
frosting
8 oz cream cheese at room temperature
1 C powdered sugar
6 oz white chocolate
1/2 C dried cranberries
zest from 1 orange
juice from 1 orange
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9×13 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Melt the butter in a large bowl. Add in the brown sugar and combine with a mixer. Mix in the eggs and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Add the flour mixture to the egg mixture. Mix with mixer until smooth. Now add the chocolate and cranberries and stir by hand until evenly combined. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes to allow the bars to set.
While the bars are cooling, make the frosting. In a mixer on medium speed, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar for about 1 minute. Add 4 oz. of melted white chocolate to the cream cheese mixture. Now add the orange juice and zest. Mix on high for 1-2 minutes. Spread the frosting over cooled bars. Sprinkle the cranberries and drizzle the remaining 2 oz. melted white chocolate on top. Cut into triangles and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
