Sniff, cough, sniff, sniff. This is what my week has been like. A nasty cold decided to attack me last weekend and has over-stayed its welcome. Annoying. This means that I didn’t end up doing any baking last weekend and have drank a lot of tea and slurped a lot of soup this week. Oh, and I feel like my nose might fall off. I am determined to kick this bug and bake again! There are some St. Patrick’s Day goodies that I really want to make, so hopefully you’ll be seeing the results next week!

Favorite Drink: Warm Green Tea Lemonade. This might just be the perfect drink for this nasty cold.
Favorite Accessory: Four Corners Bracelet. My clothes are pretty tame. Sensible, one might say. I will step outside my comfort zone for some flashy accessories though. This bracelet will jazz up my cardigan ensembles. 🙂
Favorite Cookie: Fluffernutter Cookies. Marshmallows + Peanut Butter = Gooey Goodness. All that goodness comes in only 6 ingredients, ‘nuf said.
Favorite Guide: Planting a Vegetable Garden. Could this be the year that I have a garden?? Time to turn my thumbs green!
Favorite Flavorful Meal: Slow Cooked Jerk Pork with Caribbean Salsa. Flavor galore!! Take a bite and close your eyes really tight and imagine you’re on a beach. Sigh.
Favorite Cleaning Tips: 10 Things to Clean with Vinegar. Check out this list if you want a clean house (and who doesn’t). The top things on my hit-list are the coffee maker and the garbage disposal. P to the U, does our garbage disposal stink!
Favorite Pie: Butterscotch Cream Pie. Now wouldn’t this be a great dessert for a not-so-far-in-the-future summer BBQ?
Favorite Spring Decor: I am loving this springy arrangement, it’s so fresh and bright!
Favorite Breakfast: Sausage-Cheddar Biscuits. Confession: in college my weakness was driving through McDonalds for a Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Biscuit on the weekend. I haven’t done that in years, but the hankering for those biscuits hasn’t gone away. This recipe looks like it will cure my need for a tasty breakfast biscuit!
Favorite House Finder: Hotpads. Josh & I have used this website A LOT in the last few years (we’ve moved 5 times). It’s a fantastic website if you’re looking to rent, buy, or just dream of the perfect house. Someday our search will end!
Favorite Mug Recipe: Microwave Mug Brownie. After I made that Chocolate Chip Cookie in a mug last Friday, I have been keeping my eyes peeled for more easy mug recipes. This one is a jaw-dropper!
Favorite Cup: Turn a canning jar into a travel mug. Yes, please!!!
Favorite Dip: Layered Greek Dip. Oh, yum. This dip needs to get in a bowl in front of my face immediately.
Favorite Outfit: Fabulous transition into spring outfit. I would be very happy if all of these pieces magically appeared in my closet tomorrow morning.
Favorite Bars: Mini Lemon Bars Recipe. Think if I make these bars spring will be sprung???
Favorite Pasta: Rigatoni Pasta Pie. Use a springform pan to make this beautiful dish. Quite the impressive presentation!
Favorite Funny: Mustache Eggs. The Clark household will be making mustached Easter eggs this year.
